Yes piano included. Recording control room can be used as dressing if no warmup. Min hire 4h (3.5h Sat exception, building only accessible from 18:30 Saturdays). Box office data sharing in development. No tracking pixels. Self ticketing + What's On listing OK at £200+VAT.

EVENT TIMING ═══════════════════════════════════════════════ • Hall & backstage usage: - Setup & piano tuning: 14:00–16:00 - Soundcheck & rehearsal: 16:00–18:30 - Doors: 19:30 / Concert start: 20:00 - Performance: ca. 90 minutes (no intermission, with one short pause around mid-set) - End of concert: ca. 21:30 - Get-out: 22:30 • Total hall usage: 14:00–22:30 (8h30).
